Add venues, time slots, match durations, and scheduling constraints in Pitch Planner before generating a usable tournament schedule.
Set up fields and playable time windows before generating fixtures so Pitch Planner can build a usable schedule.
Add venues and time slots
- Open the tournament and go to Venues
- Add each venue and its fields or pitches
- Set the available dates and time windows
- Enter the match duration and turnaround time between games
- Add any team or venue availability constraints
- Review the settings, then generate the schedule
Check the generated fixtures for back-to-back games, travel between venues, and balanced rest time before publishing.
