Attendance Tracking
Track youth soccer practice attendance in Pitch Planner, mark players present or absent, review attendance trends, and use those notes on match day.
Track who shows up to practices, scrimmages, and other team events. Attendance data feeds into lineup setup alerts so you know who’s been missing.
Creating an Event
Attendance limits depend on your plan. Free teams can track up to 10 attendance events.
- Open your team and tap Attendance
- Tap Log Event
- Choose a type (Practice, Scrimmage, or Other), set the date, and add an optional title or notes
- Tap Create & Take Attendance
Recording Attendance
- Open an event from the attendance list
- Each player shows buttons for Present, Absent, Late, and Excused
- Choose the right status for each player
- Tap Save
Match Attendance
When you start a match, attendance is automatically recorded as “Present” for all players in the lineup. No manual step needed.
Attendance Stats
Open the attendance overflow menu and choose Stats to review:
- Attendance rate per player
- Color-coded dots: green (100%), yellow (50-99%), red (below 50%)
Lineup Alerts
During match setup, players with poor attendance get flagged:
- Players who missed the last practice
- Players with attendance below 60% in the last 7 days
These are non-blocking warnings — you can still select them for the lineup.
