How does the roster connect to matches?
Add each player once, then use the same roster for lineups, rotation plans, live match tracking, season stats, and team sharing. The roster becomes the source of truth for every match-day workflow.
Can parents and assistants get access?
Yes. Coaches can invite assistants and managers with role-based access, then share read-only team links with parents. That keeps schedule and team information visible without giving everyone edit access.

Add your players once with a name, jersey number, and preferred position. That roster flows into every lineup you build and every match you run. No re-typing, no copy-pasting from a spreadsheet.
Roster size caps at twice the field size (22 for 11v11, 14 for 7v7, 8 for 4v4). That's enough for every rotation scenario without encouraging roster-stacking. One account can hold up to 5 teams if you coach more than one.

Invite who you want. They see what you let them see.
Every team has an owner (you) plus up to 2 co-coaches with full access: edit roster, build lineups, run matches. Useful when an assistant steps in or you're travelling.
Add up to 3 team managers who can run match-day without editing the roster. For everyone else, a public read-only share link covers parent chats with schedule, results, and season stats, no login required.
Attendance
Log who showed up. Spot patterns early.
Attendance covers every practice, scrimmage, or custom event. Tap each player as you do roll call: present, absent, late, or excused. A few weeks in, you can see who's committing and who's drifting.
The lineup builder reads from attendance, gently warning you if a starter missed recent practices. Attendance rates roll up per player per month, so "how's my kid doing?" has a factual answer.
