Tracking Goals & Assists
Record goals, assists, opponent goals, and match events in Pitch Planner so your post-game recap and player stats stay accurate.
During a live match, you can record goals and assists with just two taps — designed to work on your phone without looking away from the game.
Recording a Goal
- Tap the Goal button
- Tap the field player who scored
- Done — the score updates immediately
Recording an Assist
- Tap the Assist button
- Tap the field player who made the assist
- Done
Opponent Goals
Tap Opp Goal to add a goal for the opposing team. The match score updates instantly.
Editing Events
Tap the … button beside the live event buttons to open the edit modal where you can:
- Delete a recorded goal or assist (tap the X next to it)
- Adjust the opponent goal count with +/- buttons
- Add a late-arriving player to the bench
Depending on your team’s match tools, the live match can also show Pass, Shot, YC, RC, and GK Save buttons.
Where Goals Show Up
- Live match: Score displayed at the top (Us — Them)
- Match summary: Goals and assists per player in the stats table
- Season stats: Total goals and assists aggregated across all matches
- CSV export: Included in the exported file
- Team feed: Auto-generated match summary includes goal scorers and assisters
