Getting Started Tournament Builder

Create Your First Tournament

Create a Pitch Planner tournament, add teams, choose a competition format, and generate the first schedule.

Tournament Builder is not currently available for new organizer setups. If tournament access already appears in your account, use the steps below. New users can review the workflow while using Pitch Planner’s live team, lineup, session-planning, and match-day tools.

Create the tournament

  1. Log into your existing account
  2. Open the tournament workspace and choose New Tournament
  3. Enter the tournament name and event dates
  4. Choose a competition format
  5. Add the participating teams
  6. Save the tournament and continue to venues and scheduling

Next, set up venues and scheduling constraints before generating the fixture list.
